I like the mix. It has an edgier, rockier feel than the original. I do wish you’d done a little bit more with it though. The drums are almost entirely the same, and the end is almost exactly like the original.

Now, this doesn’t mean it’s bad per se, (it’s not at all) just that as a remix it’s a bit too close to the original. What you’ve done with the chords is very great though.

Re: future mixes, I’m going to go a bit against the grain and say that I’d really like to hear some alternate mixes of the instrumentals on Emergence, specifically “Parks On Fire” or the title track. The vocal tracks have been mixed so many times that I’d really like to hear more interpretations of something like “Vacuum Tree.”
